-The people are great to be around, smart, hardworking, and fun -Support from leadership to pursue projects you believe in -Great work/life balance and office culture -So much room for growth but personally and within a rapidly growing company

Cons

-a lot of young, green employees who require a lot of oversight when it comes to working with bigger clients

- Get to work on really cool projects - coworkers are very talented & hard working - office in hollywood - work from home available (although not encouraged) - health insurance benefits

Cons

- Horrible pay for everyone - Terrible work / life balance - High school office culture (People drink, hook up with each other, cliquey) - no proper workspace - women get paid less and are expected to do more - hire people under qualified - upper management plays favoritism - no structure or proper division of work
