Salar is not too bad.
Cons
Regrettably, the prevailing culture at this workplace can be characterized as highly toxic. Instances of employee gossip, consistent dishonesty within top management, frequent turnover in personnel, and the evident lack of experience demonstrated by the CEO in assuming multiple responsibilities contribute to a disappointing work environment. It is worth mentioning that a company focused on developing an application for employee well-being finds itself facing such challenges.

In my role, I have a lot of opportunities to contribute my ideas and set my own accents. The marketing team is incredibly helpful and professional. I enjoy working at Flip. The pay is appropriate.
Cons
Occasional stressful phases with an increased number of working hours.
