Good for Indians looking to work in US. Be very careful of exploitation.

Cons

Horrible for any real professional and they pay employees late on purpose. Everything is a scam and founder run. They are just trying to sell company. Know nothing about the business they are in.

Founder's don't care Actually. * HR don't care about new joinner. *Hr can send you a hr one login Credentials on a WRONG EMAIL adress and the management can refuse to pay bcz of not updating your Attendance in HR one portal. *they can ghost you anytime * no accountablity of Attendance in office register. *no job security. *they dont provide full and final settlement. * lost trust with the team & management. *can give you unnecessary work pressure. *team will undo your work & will make you stressed all day
