      So many other companies that care about their staff

      Pros

      Open work environment with remote first working.

      Cons

      No work life balance, no benefits, unrealistic targets, low salary and countless lies. Country/sales managers try their hardest but the ‘c-suite’ are inexperienced and expect the whole company to work more than they’re paid for. This company is run like a tiny startup when they have 250+ staff. Huge turnover within the company as you’d expect. A note to anyone applying: save yourself!

      Good salary. Company get togethers.

      Cons

      Impossible to sell a product that doesn't work as advertised. Too many fails and issues that mgmt won't address. Makes it hard to sell product. Always worried about management's willingness to let go of staff without notice and then seem happy about announcing why they let them go at staff meetings.
