      Keeping moving.

      Pros

      Dedicated to on-going sales training. Company vehicle, fuel card, lap top & cell phone. Premium products & service.

      Cons

      Average day is 10-14 hrs with no empathy or compensation. A short day is 8 hrs, and expected to do more. Days off are interrupted by work emails, calls, and processing orders. Pay structure doesn't work. Revolving door.

      If you want to slack off this company is where you belong. Because you can take long breaks.

      Cons

      Even if you work very hard and skillful in every department and getting more production than the required quota you wont be recognize by the management. Instead the other employees who is a friend or family by the management will get more salary than you.
