      Decent hourly for someone new to the industry looking to excersize their knowledge of horticulture and plant care. Good seasonal place to work. Good for someone who doesn't have a lot of career ambition. Good place to learn and nice work environment

      Cons

      Not a lot of transparency when it comes to building a career. No benefits or foreseeable offering of future benefits.
