      Pros

      Great team doing great work for the environment. Small staff working in partnership with large firms, very high caliber scientists and engineers. Fair-minded partners when it comes to equity among the professional-level employees.

      Cons

      Go-it-alone attitude, lack of style sheet, lack of training. Sink or swim. Have lost some good people this way.

      High quality staff, decent benefits for such a small firm. Interesting place to work if you have the right expertise and background.

      Cons

      Little room for advancement. Unspoken, two-tiered hierarchy with demanding project managers at top and "support staff" at the bottom. High pressure to be billable. Company's finances not transparent. Constant struggle for new clients and business. Monotonous work. Relatively narrow market focus.
