Central london location Work from home

Cons

They work you day & night. Everyone is disposable here. They pretend they care if you work longer than usual hours but that’s just for HR protocol. I worked here as a media specialist. No one really cares about your wellbeing in the London office. It’s all about showing great figures to America. They say ‘tell us if we can support extra’ - what support? If you’re not working day and night like a slave for them, they throw you out of the company.

Pros

Work from home Technology is good

Cons

Burn out. They take advantage of their growth in Covid to put pressure on you to do 5 people’s job because they know they can in this economy. Everyone is stressed always. It is very funny as they do not tend to hire new people with family commitments, they want young people who can work 24 hours a day for them like a Amazon call centre No support just work like a slave. I wish I had taken a job back in my home country instead of this.

Incredibly long working hours with the expectation to work 9-8/9 each day Pointless meeting culture, spend 50% of your day attending internal calls Lack of organisational skills from leadership, everything is always last minute and at the end of the day for first thing tomorrow Way too many clients per person with limited support A lot of internal hypocrisy, and limited support. Slack channels alongside a poorly written wikipedia do not equate to adequate training/support and guidance. Leadership is bipolar, one day everything is great, the next day everything is on fire
