      Pros

      Great work from home opportunity - great communication between yourself and proofreaders - literally make your own schedule including the number of hours you wish to work and on what days. Are able to review assignments before accepting them, to make sure that you are able to complete them (i.e., some foreign language accents may be difficult for you personally to transcribe accurately).

      Cons

      No real cons about working here. I didn't expect to move up or get a raise (or to have benefits included) as I worked as an independent contractor and pretty much controlled my own salary by taking on as much or as little work as possible.

      Pros

      Truthfully, I was holding back on writing a review until I saw this post, which clearly came from upper management. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this company. The only pro are the co-workers.

      Cons

      Disorganized upper management. Feeling under valued, working long days while being under paid. Fearing that at any point you will be fired even though you excel at what you do.

      Pros

      The co-workers were very nice. I believe as an entry level position this could be a decent place to learn basic skills however coming in as someone with several years of experience this place has nothing to offer you in regards to growth and development. Frankly, you shouldn't stay here longer than a year if you can help it. You're better off seeking employment with the competitors that manage their firms effectively and are vested in the development of their employees.

      Cons

      Low pay, inept management, no formal training, long commute from private vehicle, even worse commute for those relying n public transit.
