      Pros

      FDS treats their technicians better than all of the other interior landscaping companies out there as far as compensation and time-off. I worked at the Miami branch so I can't speak for the other locations, but management is top notch and salary is fair!

      none. Except Miami can get hot!

      Pros

      You get to meet a lot of people and work with plants. This company pays better than most of their competitors, but it is an attempt to counter their high turnover.

      Cons

      You drive a lot! This is a physically demanding job. There is terrible communication within management who can be rude and snarky. A big problem is inadequate training, high turnover, no upward mobility. The benefits are not that great and are expensive. Only medical and dental are offered.
