Pros

The coworkers make it a great place to work. The vibe in the store is fun ad energetic and a lot of the customers joke with you and have a good time and some good laughs!

Cons

The managers are very unfair and greedy individuals. The main owner has cameras at his house so at night while people work he's watching the cameras. You could have just blocked the entire store and have 50 customers and you finally feel you can relax at your register for a bit and they will call as soon as you do and tell you to get back to work. They do not like to give hours starting out you'll get 20 hours if you're lucky at minimum wage. The most you'll get if you're lucky is 33 hours a week. Usually 3-4 days of working at about 5 hours is the usual. You will not get a raise no matter how long you work there unless you get put In the office where you make 25 cents more ad that's only if someone leaves the office. So you're basically stuck at minimum wage the whole time you work there. A lady has been there for 10 years and still makes minimum wage and gets 4-5 days a week at about 6 hours. When you go on your break you must click out before getting your good or drink and If you want to go back to the deli to get something to eat you will most likely wait behind customers and then you must go up to the front to pay and wait some more so you'll get maybe 5 mins of a break rather than 15. Awful management and I would honestly say no one should even think of working there. A girl in high school gets 2 days a week 5 hours and she's been there for 5 months. The management drives around in the latest cars making boat loads of money while the workers suffer. An awful place!
