      I love my job. We have several team members who have celebrated 10+ years with the company.

      Wish I had some pros but would advise to avoid

      Makes employees lie about being sick to teachers when they have made a scheduling error Always walking on eggshells, never feel secure or appreciated in your job Toxic ,intimidating management styles Made to do someone else’s tasks above your pay grade

      My dream job!!

      Pros

      I have been with the company for nearly 5 years now and I have never felt so lucky to have such an amazing job. I was a full-time dancer and dreamed of being a professional dancer, I ended up with heaps of serious injuries and was no longer able to dance as I wished, but this job meant I could still do what I love. - I get to dance - I get to work with children - I get to travel around Australia - Management are very supportive and understanding - Working in a team - Chances to create my own dances and ideas - Chances to evolve within the company
