Quite a ride

Pros

Brilliant admins and great network design. Service desk and cyber folks are absolute champs!

Cons

Performance is judged based on entirely arbitrary due dates as opposed to quality of work product. Using sick days will get you fired. Management doesn’t stay focused long enough to communicate needs and changes to high level planning. There is no priority rating for tasks, so you will be yelled at for throwing a minor thing to back burner to focus on a more pressing item, once again based on entirely arbitrary dates.

Thank you for your review. We agree that our IT team is amazing! It's unfortunate to hear that you didn't have a more positive experience. Our leadership team values work-life balance and encourages employees to use all 20 days of PTO throughout the year. We provide flexibility with work schedules with the expectation that our employees will get the job done as we are all working together to ensure the Bank's success. During this exciting time of growth, we are always looking to make improvements to our processes through internal working committees and our communication with quarterly town halls, monthly brunch and learns and company newsletters.

Not worth it

Pros

A decent salary is basically the only pro to this position (if you're lucky)

Cons

Employees are disposable and grossly mistreated. Would highly recommend avoid this company unless you are desperate. Even then, consider looking for jobs after getting hired.

Good Place to Start Out

Pros

If you're fresh out of college, this would be an excellent organization to start out in. Remote opportunities depending on which department you're in, free snacks, and a cool office to work in if you decide to come in person. Business casual dress code for most days which is nice. They'll always give a heads up if you're expected to dress business professional. They do like to promote from within which is refreshing, however, good luck waiting for a higher paying position to open up. Decent benefits, could be better but at least their are benefits, including 4 weeks of PTO per year.

Cons

If you drive, you'll have to pay to park. $15 daily, $150 per month for unreserved parking space, and $300 for reserved space. If you do the per month parking it's taken out of your check - parking should be free! Also, not every job position has the ability to work remotely, although I think that should be an option for every employee regardless of job title.
