It's an interesting organization doing important work. People are smart, kind, mission driven. The brand is respected and recognized all over the world.

Cons

It's very resource constrained and it can be tough to feel like you have all the resources you need to get your job done. Because it's small, it can be hard to move up but it can also lead to good opportunities if you're willing to step in and work hard.
