1 of my 3 bosses (the one that would review my online orders) made my life a living hell. Cussed me out in front of everyone else in the office, yelling at me, had a horrible attitude, and me feel super uncomfortable every week. The work I received changed over the second 3 months I was there. I was the newest employee in my department and they threw the most orders to me out of nowhere. Keeping up with all the order entries I had every was overwhelming and was unreasonable for someone who was brand new to being a customer support associate

While the majority of my four year stint at Forever Cheese was decent, the last 6 months were very difficult on me physically and mentally. During those last months, I was confronted with such disrespect from the warehouse manager on several occasions. From constantly undermining my work and attacking my character to cursing and yelling at me to the point that I had constant anxiety and became physically sick, he created a very toxic work environment. People felt very uncomfortable. What was even more disappointing is that I notified the owners and Human Resources yet no action taken from anyone. After dealing with this for months, I was left with no choice but to resign, for the sake of my mental and physical well-being. I do not recommend working for this company as they condone bullying behavior and fail to address issues brought to their attention. They need to re-assess their systems and processes, or lack thereof, and should consider the implementation of random drug screenings, starting with management.
