Pros

Interesting project typology, Able to reach high-end clients that willing to pay for the design. Good portfolio for your future career opportunities. Less politics. Friendly colleagues.

Cons

Structure and management are not good. High turnover rate + no proper handover procedures, it might be hard for people that takeover the project. Stress environment and long working hours. Some seniors are hard to deal with and hard to get guidance. Not suitable for long term

Small team so you got to be involve in the projects. Colleagues are fun. Good quality projects, very good for portfolio.

Cons

Small team but still has politics, management struggles to manage so the designers will be the one struggling to meet demands. Don't expect work life balance if you're in this trade, it's all the same around.
