      Only a few employees truly care about their jobs. Little supervision. Small work environment so you get know everyone quickly.

      Cons

      The rest are collecting checks and fail to realize how harmful their actions are to the university and its long-term future. Entirely too much drama. Do not provide enough professional development opportunities
