I would not recommend Forticrete to a friend. Though Agency staff come and go frequently - so if you are looking for short term employment this is potentially a positive.
Cons
The Below is my opinion and experience based on my working at this company: Poor Management, Unequal and unclear pay structure, False Promises, Toxic Work Environment, Emotional Manipulation, Poor HR Dept, Often Overtime is not paid without months of chasing, Lack of support or Empathy within Company, Minimal to no investment in existing employees.
