      Regional manager, attempted to manage through intimidation, negative work environment. DON manipulative, care for patients was questionable at best. Could not continue to work for them.

      With the change over from extendicare to fortis there have been a lot of problems that hinder a person to do their job.

      Pros

      The only pros to this copany would be the people\ who stay and work there because they care about the residents/patients that live there! but those a few and far between!!

      Cons

      managment is a joke, and corporate is even worse they only care about apperance not what actually is happening with patienst and or employees.. Its all about how i can stretch my dollar and giving bonuses to building that can keep there beds full! and with these full facilities they are terribly understaffed because they cannot keep staff because they are not treated as a person and could care less how you feel or a resident feels!!
