Pros
Good team environment, people always on hand to help. Great career progression if that’s what you’re aiming for. Clearly salary pay scales with quarterly bonuses introduced as well. I go into the office a couple days a week, work from home the rest - good to meet up with rest of my team.
Cons
Can be pretty busy and lots to remember but team leaders are always there to help you.
