Pros
Working with the clients was a very good expedience builder for me and to build my desire to stay in the healthcare field. The team I was hired with was amazing and helpful in giving me the confidence to jump fields of work into healthcare.
Cons
The company had very poor training and it was very much sink or swim. This subpar training caused a lot of conflict as the department heads were not focused on maintaining good training/core skill building causing evaluations to be lees than adequate. Long hours and expected to work on days off/be on-call.
