Pros

Good Insurance, decent pay, 10-4 work schedule which means you get Friday's off.

Cons

They treat subcontractors better than direct hires. Mid-management plays favorites, which makes me think top-management does to. Bureaucracy and red-tape makes it hard to get anything done. And co-workers are constantly trying to get each other into trouble via lies whistle-blowing.

Pros

*Co-wokers *Salary *Benefits *Work schedule *Ability to grow in your position, if you have initive.

Cons

*Upper management (Superintendents, Directors) are very young for their positions, lack leadership ability. *Getting overlooked for promotions if not ex-USEC. *Culture of a past operating facility is alive and well. *8th grade cool guy contest for some acting managers above Supervisors. *Cowboy work/by passing procedures will get one promoted.

Pros

Very professional organization led by a great senior leadership team. Many hardworking individuals and the jobs have very good pay and benefits.

Cons

As a government contractor, you do have to deal with a lot of government regulations and red tape sometimes, That does have a tendency to make projects take much longer than usual.
