You'll have stories for days due to the crazy that is Fox.
Cons
You'll be treated like a punching bag. You'll be micromanaged when you would be better left to your own devices and abandoned when you need help. You'll begin to doubt yourself. And for what? No recommendation, no pay to speak of and a nine hour day that you lose hours when sick even if salaried
