Pros

Been thinking but nothing comes to mind.

Cons

You can pretty much skip over the positive reviews here since a lot of them were orchestrated by HR just to bring up the firm’s rating. Negative reviews are the ones truly provided by ex-employees. These are the ones worth reading and should be factored in to your career decision making process. Firm has a very high turnover. The recent exodus of staff in tax department is making me wonder if this is the place for me. The fun people are gone.

Thank you so much for your valued review. It is disappointing to see a negative comment, when there has been such an effort to really enhance the cultural experience for all at the firm. There has been an asserted effort to gain feedback from the staff and turn that feedback into various employee engagement activities. The culture has improved at FRAZER, LLP with many sporting and non-sporting events: Foodie Tour, Paintball, Wine and Painting, White Water Rafting, Bowling and Flag Football to name a few. We have also had a great time with the Halloween Costume, Ugly Christmas Sweater and Dress Up Your Cubicle contests. Everyone has access to a full gym with free weights, machines, cardio equipment, lap pool, recently renovated locker rooms, showers and exercise room, where there are yoga classes. There is also a recreation room with: foosball, shuffle board, pool table and ping pong table. Recently FRAZER, LLP participated in a Ping Pong Tournament. FRAZER, LLP also dedicates many resources towards the training of our staff. We do hold high standards at FRAZER, LLP and expect our staff to be diligent in their efforts for our clients. After all, it is our responsibility to give our clients the very best quality of service in a very timely manner. Unlike some firms we actually pay time and a half for overtime and don’t expect a relentless amount of long hours. We understand that public accounting is not for everyone and we have seen some wonderful people leave to pursue other careers, especially in private accounting. The salaries are competitive and our benefits are great, inclusive of full medical, vision and dental, as well as 4 weeks of PTO/sick leave for staff. As we move forward at FRAZER, LLP, it is important for us to see where we may need to improve in the short and long term. Communication is key and while we love complimentary reviews, we also appreciate constructive criticism.

Pros

Nice offices and location and that’s it. Do have some challenging work that will make you put your thinking cap on.

Cons

Management. This place is horrible to work at. The culture is toxic and they don’t treat staff well at all. Came from a medium size OC form thinking I was making a good career move. Nope! Worst decision of my career.

We always appreciate all feedback as it is an opportunity to learn and improve. It is curious to us, as it has been over two years since a Tax Manager left us. It seems odd that someone would wait two years to voice such a negative review. The Tax Department is actually a very close, fun and happy team of professionals. They not only verbalize their appreciation of their peers, but show it as well. They decorate cubicles for birthdays and other celebrations. They do team inclusive socials, including Escape Rooms and truly enjoy each other's company. Last Halloween the entire team won the Costume Contest dress up as the video game Tetris. We're sorry that this individual felt the way they did when they wrote the review.

Pros

N/A - I have nothing positive to say.

Cons

I have inside information that almost all of the positive reviews on here are done by Frazer partners and HR dept to cover up negative reviews. I’m sure you can tell which ones are not real. The negative reviews are all true, this place is a nightmare.
