They try their best to give it the "small family business" feel to the environment.
Pros
Everyone is very nice and welcoming and for such a large company, with 3 locations, it has sort of a small business feel, where they treat everyone as if they're part of the family. When they're are busy they offer plenty overtime for hourly employees.
Cons
After you get settled in at Freedom, you may start to see the politics that didn't seem to exist at first glance. Many employees hold the position they do because of this, not because of their performance. If and when you notice this it will become very obvious because it's not just higher up positions, but it works its way all the way down the line. I am not a disgruntled employee by any means and would highly recommend working for Freedom. The only reason I pointed this out is because some people would prefer to steer clear of the politics.
