      You learn how the industry works, the ins and outs, and how mean people could be!

      Cons

      Due to the high standards and expectations, most are arrogant with terrible attitudes! If you don't fit into management's standards, you'll be discriminated and disrespected, and even your colleagues will make your life hell!

      Terrible treatment pushes employees to leave

      Pros

      I would only recommend people to work here for experience. You're better off building your career with another company.

      Cons

      Employees keep leaving this company because management does nothing to incentivize them to stay. The salary is well below the market rate compared to rival companies, opportunities to advance are rare because of the lack of transparency, and despite the heavy workloads they're assigned, employees get no recognition for their hard work.

      I it's your first time working, this could be ok

      Cons

      The ones who always get sacrificed are the good employees. It's because management's awful and they abuse those who are diligent and honest with their work. Our salary is terrible and benefits as well. The managers expect you to feel grateful when they make you work brutal shifts, and we're more than exhausted!!
