Great staff to work with, fun location, laid back atmosphere amongst co-workers.
Cons
Spastic leadership - one week they like you next week not. All decisions based on "management's" arbitrary logic. Youth-centric, CEO is self promotion machine, ridiculously clickish, company will try to screw you over (deny unemployment, mess up references, lawsuits!) when/if you leave. Management is pretty on the outside. Good luck minorities.
The atmosphere, the sense that you're working on something bigger than you, the fact that everybody in New York knows you and thinks you're hip.
Cons
Incompetent people get promoted to the top. It's turning into a traditional insurance company. Having friends who got screwed over by the insurance company.
