Cons
Family owned so the only thing that matters is Ben Freelands pockets. The slogan is “where people matter” but that is not the case. very disorganized. Managers at the top lack communication and only worry about their own pockets. Very low vibrational work environment with a very high turnover rate. Would not recommend.
