Cons

I gave a review a year back, for some reason it was not published. The management makes sure to sit on top of your head to get the work done which is very annoying, back then there was no work from home option(why do you even hire employees when you don't trust them), least during COVID times they must have considered the work from home option. I had to take my kid to a doctor visit and asked for permission, one the lead was like "why don't your husband take your kid for the visit!!, I". I am someone who comes early and leaves early(8-4:30) and works from home every night, they informed me to stay back at the office till 6 P.M. Have a better work culture so that new employees stay back for at least a year. The whole of the engineering team(most of them) is a group of people who worked together in a previous company, so they go along really well but as a new employee, it is very hard to get used to their culture. During the interview, they informed me I have to work few times a week overnight, but I had to be on CALL (take notes) not work every day till midnight to connect to the overseas team, please let the new hiree know that they have to expect once they onboard.

Pros

Some of the employees are cool

Cons

You would often hear the CEO and President yelling at employees They target recent graduates and offer very low salaries Not sure what it's like now, but there were weeks/months where they used to keep the operations team in office until midnight to get through the orders.

Pros

Everyone in the Ops division is around the same age (young/straight out of college), so it's a chill environment to have people as experienced/inexperienced as you to work with directly.

Cons

Hours and pay are pitiful. If you're salaried, expect to work 12+ hour days during certain weeks of certain months. If you're hourly, you don't get any benefits, and I believe less pay. Terribly compensated for laboring over minutiae hours on end. I heard that a woman who's held an executive position for years hasn't been paid 6 figures yet, while her male counterparts have. You draw your conclusions there.
