No Training provided before the start of the job. Despite raising issues with management, no amendments were made. Lack of Leadership - Autocratic Management style causing higher management to speak to staff in disrespectful manners. Lack of involvement - Management would not include members of staff with delegating tasks or responsibilities making days monotonous with no fulfilment. No learning opportunities.
