      Pros

      Decent pay, the people in the company are great until you reach the top tier management. Incredible facilities with a gym, nice kitchen and full showers/coffee setup and location is good

      Cons

      Terrible transition communication. Horrible management from top managers who seem to say one thing and do another. The CEO is ridiculous in his expectations, opinion of himself and micromanages every aspect of the company.

      Pros

      Potential! Growing company that could be amazing but they cannot seem to get it together with management. Nice people for the most part, seems like a lot of them are actually afraid to talk to you....very weird.

      Cons

      You literally never know from one day to the next what is going on. Changes, or they add new things daily. Micro-managing will be their downfall. You cannot treat people as if they were in middle school.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment, some pretty nice people to work with, occasionally there is some flexibility in the hours you are allowed to work

      Cons

      Profit to the owner is the only priority over customers, employees, safety, the environment, the community, or anything. There is no formal training it's sink or swim Sometimes you'll have to work more than 8 hours but you can't write it down Revolving door of people in and out Depending on which owner shows up you could be treated nicely or screamed at in front of everyone Insanely stressful sometime
