A forward thinking and aspirational global company, especially at the corporate level. Good working environment and excellent standards of production. Salaries good for area.
Cons
Not so many opportunities for progression if you are not able to be globally mobile. Some local management issues that need to be resolved.

Try to make sure there are opportunities for progression and development even for those employees who wish to stay local.

Communication, with supervisors and entry level employees needs to be better for late shifts since that’s where all the newest employees are.

The company really cares for its people. Great place to work, great coworkers, good relationships with other locations as well as customers. Family owned business so definitely a family feel to the work environment. Everyone is very welcoming and always willing to answer questions

Over all, the team effort is good but it is important to address the issue of the rest room. Most of us, male or female frequent these areas and as such would prefer to have it as a comfortable environment.
