Everything! Upper management takes no time for proper training and then blames the employees when mistakes happen. No flexibility with hours and pay is not up to industry standard. No recognition for hard working employees that keep their business afloat. So much turnover and they do nothing to try and fix it.

Great coworkers, only good part about the job was the friends I made

Cons

In the month I left, they lost 2 crucial head office employees. The constant turnover was horrible. The head office would also not send enough inventory and one month the estheticians had to scrape their wax pots to still perform their services. Multiple times i would have to travel to pick up supplies that should have been ordered
