Pros
I’ve been a part of the From Day One team for almost a year now, and I can’t believe how lucky I am to get to do what I do. As a person under the age of 25, I did not have the years of experience that some of the other candidates in line for the job may have had, but Nick, Erin and Steve took a chance on me and I’ve learned and grown not only as an Employee but as a person as well. This job allows me to travel at most, two times a month, to different places around the country. I’ve always wanted to travel, and this job made that dream possible. Not only that, but I’m treated incredibly well by the heads of the company and the other staff as well. It sounds corny but I feel like a part of the family. This company is comprised of a handful of some of the most kind and hardworking people I’ve ever met. The reason why this company is so successful is not only the intelligence and hardworking attitude of the people that make up the company, but their kindness towards each other make up a wonderful work environment to Collaborate in. I feel that I am looked out for, truly respected and taken care of working for From Day One.
