      great people and learning experience with high profile projects, flexible hours

      unpaid overtime and your mostly glued to the screen all day, even office interactions happen online.

      there is an opportunity to be exposed to many companies and architects and different methodologies of working, as well as travel.

      Cons

      the company leaves no room for growth both personal and professional and it the opportunities are capped. the salary is not commensurate with experience and it is very low compared to other companies.
