Pros
Some clients are fun to work fun and used to get free products unless brand managers keep them.
Cons
Highly toxic and unhealthy work environment. There was a pervasive culture of shaming employees publicly, often via Slack, which created a stressful and demoralizing atmosphere. The workplace showed clear signs of discrimination and favoritism, with an apparent preference for hiring young, white, blonde employees, contributing to an exclusionary and racist environment. Same goes for salary those they like, they paid fairly everyone else gets below market salaries. The company lacked transparency and often misled clients, which was ethically troubling. Leadership and upper management demonstrated poor leadership skills, with many lacking the necessary experience for their roles. Employees were frequently taken advantage of, with little to no investment in their professional development or continuing education. Benefits were minimal, further reflecting the company’s disregard for employee wellbeing. They did not prioritize fairness, growth, or respect for its workforce. There are no continous learning is all about how much money can you make the company. Especially 5-1 year ago, it was on you as the employee to ask for performance review and set a career projection plan for yourself.
