Pros

There is a great team at Frontier. Everyone is positive in the workplace and a committed team player. Frontier has the best work environment I've been in so far in my life! Also, the amount of growth and opportunity made available through frontier is undeniable. The future looks bright through frontier and I know I'll have a lot of fun along the way!

Cons

We have long days and still, nobody wants to go home at the end of the day so there are always activities and events for us to join after work if we want. Honestly, the days go by fast and I've had to learn to do everything in the morning before work which was different for me (I'm not a morning person.) Our days do start later though and there is time for everything but it does help if you're an active person.

MLM Scam - Stay Away!

Pros

The office was fun! The other naive employees made the ridiculous long hours fun.

Cons

I should have known that a company with a terrible logo wasn't real. Also, take heed... all this super positive reviews are posted within a few days of each other, its just people in charge or their social media making fake rave reviews. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM. First of all, the pay is abysmal. Secondly, they'll hire anyone! You should be wary of that. They never actually describe the job, they use a lot of jargon and make it sound like this dream corporate job, when in fact it is a pyramid scheme. You don't make any money (no matter how hard you work, because its a fraud) and they don't pay you for your gas. This a sales job, door-to-door sales. You aren't a marketing firm, you aren't doing great things. Even their job posting ads scream scam, but I was so naive and wanted a career like some of my friends and threw caution to the wind. WHAT A WASTE. The owner of the company ran similar scams before and he will keep doing it because, the one at the top of the pyramid is making all the money. So of course its lucrative for him. As soon as this company gets too well known as a fraud MLM scheme, he was find another crappy logo and slap that on a domain and LLC and start up a new company doing the same thing. It's a shame so many of us naive ones are falling for this. RUN AWAY FAST. THIS IS NOT A CAREER.

Sorry to hear you had a poor experience with us. We want everybody to know the great opportunity we provide for our clients and employees! I'm not sure if you're familiar with the way Glassdoor works but they have systems in place to ensure there are no "fake rave reviews". This way they insure all the reviews are from actual employees and not people in charge of social media. Also, it sounds like there is some confusion over the compensation packages we have. Obviously we pay our employees. It's almost comical to think anybody would make that claim against any company. It is illegal to not pay people for the work they did and we have been in business since 2014. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to give us a call or email or just stop into the office. Best of luck to you!

Pros

Absolutely fantastic work experience for an internship. Great management, great coworkers and great overall workplace atmosphere. Everyone in the office pushes you forward in both the management training system and personal growth. If you work hard and come to work with a student mentality, stay driven and focused it takes no time at all to get promoted. Not only are there tons of bonuses and competitions to keep you motivated, but getting paid by commission can also be a huge plus.

Cons

Unusual, but understandable hours. Direct marketing obviously requires you to be out working later than a 9-5 job would. Despite the unusual work schedule, days never feel as long as they actually are thanks to the late start. While the schedule is a bit different it works ideally for sleeping in and still leaving time to go out at night.

Thank you for your hard work last summer and we hope you learned a lot of "real world" skills. As I'm sure you would agree, our internship program is very hands on and we really push our interns to grow professionally. It's not for everyone but perfect for aggressive, student entrepreneurs like yourself!
