- Great benefits - Great work colleagues (research side) - Great salary

Cons

- Toxic work environment with high churn of employees. You don't know who will go next. - Messy and unorganised senior management team which love to shift blame and have favourites. - Corporate ties are a drag and were not transitioned well with FiscalNote. - Multiple line managers and 0 guidance. - Fairly fake feeling. - No team yet take on a whole team target. - If your a senior management favourite, even if you massively underperform they will like you and blame the new guy. - Too many meetings about literally nothing. - So much negativity commercial side due to senior management underperforming.
