Salary is meh, also no set paydays, you literally get paid near/end of the month when the boss can be bothered going to the bank to do so. Makes it incredibly hard to budget for the month, and feels really shady. The few folks than run the company are incredibly stuck in their ways, argumentative, and rude; there's no sense of collaboration or creation, more 'do your best to appeal to the bosses', if you fail that then you're not worth their time. If you get on their bad side, and they don't like you, you will be a ghost to them. No sense of proper creation, every project is a rip off of what's doing well in the app stores, and making the most money; rinse repeat. No company outings/team building. Would be nice if they actually did something for the hard working staff every once and a while...

The attitude of the management was awful. They surrounded themselves with people who agreed with them on everything. If you didn't agree with everything the top management said, things would be extremely difficult and stressful for you. Another ridiculous thing was that they often failed to pay us on time. It was hard to survive without a paycheck! Also, there was biased behavior and favoritism toward some employees (the yes-men)!
