      Always a variety of work. Great pay rate and I can pick and choose shifts I want to work.

      Cons

      Sometimes being outside is hot in the summer.

      One big family. Fully paid health insurance. Takes care of their employees

      Cons

      Physically demanding. Not for everyone. No regular schedule (this was a pro for me but I realize it isn't for most)
