Pros

*Don't let the company revenue fool you, it is rapidly decreasing and the only monetisation model Funplus or their CEO Andy cares is how to squeeze more money out of his players, don't belive me? just check on any message board of their games and you will just see how bad they've been treating their players and how much the players hate them

Cons

*CEO Andy's a businessman, he has no passion for games, all he cares about it's his own benefit *Leadership team since 2020 are all suck ups to Andy, the people who actually do the job has to pick a side or will be brushed away either by the Legal team or Financial team leaders simply because they know Andy better. *Don't let the news PR fool you, Funplus looks like an international team with great talented people joining in? But the question you should ask is, where are their new games? How come they are still squeezing every dollar and cent from the old games they have *Please , please , please check the unofficial review board of their company, cause Funplus cleans negative news real fast *Faulty promises and lies, if Andy promises you something, 99% it won't happen

Pros

-Lunch was sometimes provided -Okay compensation -Some nice co-workers

Cons

-office's work was often under appreciated -too many cooks in the kitchen -everyone wanted to be a designer -because decisions were so hard to make, some projects ended up being in development for multiple years or discarded altogether. -not very inspiring games
