      Pros

      Hands down the best thing about this place is the leadership. The owners treat everyone with respect and they're always in a good mood, and that trickles down to everyone else. They go out of their way to make sure we all succeed together. I'm a big fan of the flexible work hours and the workload isn't too stressful, but neither is it boring. You can bring your dog in every now and then, have some beers while you're working, or enjoy the free coffee. Couldn't ask for a better setup. Currently it's growing super fast so there's lots of opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      You might not like the office being dark, but I like it.
