      Used to be a warm, friendly and collaborative place to work, grow and develop. Now cold and pure numbers focus.

      Pros

      Fantastic people and friendly helpful atmosphere in the closest team. A handful of caring, smart and good managers.

      Cons

      Company has totally dropped the culture that used to be amazing, very inclusive and collaborative across all departments. Now it's extremely siloed, and teams, managers and individuals focus on and care about their own projects and goals. Management is vague and unclear in the communication, strategy and priorities change very often and with short or no notice. Sometimes back and forth between things that have already been tried and done. Many people and entire teams have been fired recently, some of then not even announced to the rest of the company.
