Good for what the job was described. It was helpful while I was in school.
Cons
Hours were tough. The night shift is difficult to stay awake.

Pros
- The founder is a quality person - The departments all work together to make sure the client is happy (rare in a manufacturing scenario) - The benefits are good - The people that work there from top to bottom are amazing individuals - The music business is a fun business to work in
Cons
- The compensation could use a little help. Paystub is confusing and does not detail commissioned items. - No sunlight in a cubicle makes you change colors. - No room for advancement unless a new position is somehow created.
