They listen to your ideas and are interested in bettering the company as a whole. It’s great to see your changes you bring to the table in action! Also the hours were flex and made sense with my schedule.

No real cons, they are in the process of implementing process improvements so it’s nice to see it happening
- Owner is blind to what is really going on
- Employees aren't held to the same standards
- Punished for doing good because then you'll be forced to do all the work
