      - Supportive team culture across the company, including from the Directors - Lots of flexibility to work remote or offices - Independence to get your work done and try new things - Forward thinking company which embraces new ideas and technology - Lots of growth and exciting things planned - Plenty of career paths and personal development

      Pros

      Everyone is kind, open-minded and keen to collaborate.. Real hybrid working (typical week is 2 days office and 3 days wfh) Management is supportive and always looking for ways for you to develop. Great team days with fun team after-work events. They have yearly feedback sessions for employee benefits, which they actually take action on (last year, the feedback was the sick pay policy, which they changed for 2025 from these sessions).

      Cons

      Private healthcare is only available for senior management.
