      The company allows you to work fully remote and can target any prospects within reasonable reach, There is little oversight or monitoring and the organization primarily cares about it's representatives hitting the bottom line

      Cons

      Lack of transparency and communications, The organization is segmented and leadership has to deal with many different office divisions, The organization doesn't have centralized visibility and as a remote worker it can feel very isolating

      Pros

      You get more freedom and less micromanaged than your average brokerage.

      Cons

      There is no structure in this entire organization. You seemingly get no training in their platform and we are left to “figure it out”. Unrealistic numbers and goals placed by management. They just want to take your book and dish it out to their friends and buddies.
