Pros

All lip service! The only good thing about this place will be your colleagues on ground level. Amazing staff that persevere regardless and are amazing advisors.

Cons

If you want to keep any form of your sanity do not work for this company. Unrealistic expectations, short staffed constantly, with no reduction of targets, no contract managers, no structure, no support. Stressfull, no morale, failing contracts, no honesty with staff, no managment support, poor HR and payroll support

Pros

Great supportive colleagues who care about the clients.

Cons

Lack of respect or care for staff. Loyalty and expertise is not valued. Pay has been stagnant for many years. Executive Leadership Team manage using fear and chastisement; Nasty and toxic, they talk about staff wellbeing whilst bullying and willingly impacting staff’s morale and mental health. Time wasted implementing ridiculous policies, performance management and appraisal with no understanding of roles; used as another stick to beat staff with. The company will repeatedly tell you what a great place it is to work but the actions don’t match the rhetoric. Company actively punishes staff for speaking up or daring expect a duty of care or reward for their hard work and loyalty. An arrogant attitude that employees that they are lucky to have a job, the truth is the company is lucky to have such brilliant and caring staff (though most are leaving or being forced out).
