Pros
Gotta give credit where it’s due, the office is actually pretty nice. Company events are solid too, they don’t cheap out on those. And if you’re willing to put in the work, the commission potential is genuinely good money.
Cons
The sales culture here is honestly toxic. Certain account managers are basically untouchable, they can steal accounts from their own teammates and nothing happens because management has their back. And it gets worse. There are guys on the sales floor who’ve been convicted of domestic abuse multiple times, and they’ve been acting sketchy toward some of the women on the team too. Nothing’s been done about it. Zero accountability. Real talk, if you want to get ahead here, you gotta be willing to lie and play dirty. Not the place for anyone with actual integrity.
