      Pros

      Fónua is a great environment for any self motivated and ambitious employee to thrive in. There is a culture that promotes continual improvement and growth for both employees and the company itself. A heavy ongoing investment in systems and learning & development is testament to this. There is great support available to staff to develop and share their their ideas.

      Pros

      Fonua offers good career opportunities. Many people who are working with the company have progressed up within Fonua. There are good training opportunities and they pay towards education outside of work. The structure is flat and the managers allow automomy and flexibility. The people are great and there atmosphere is friendly and fun.There is a commitment from management to constantly drive improvements and they have engagement teams in place so we can feed back ideas.

      3 seperate locations can make communication a bit more difficult
